Transfer to the airport for the flight to Kazan. Arrival in Kazan.

Bus sightseeing tour - the historical centre of the city: Kazan Kremlin is the object of the UNESCO heritage. The whole territory of the Kremlin is the museum-reserve with Kul Sharif Mosque, Suyumbike Tower and other historical places. Bogoroditsky Monastery with the Kazan Icon of Mother of God.

“Tatar Kalyapush” interactive program in the National Center “Tugan Avylym” ( “Folklore Village”) in the heart of the city where you will see beautiful Tatar costumes, listen to folk songs and learn national dances, you may take part in competitions and learn some Tatar words, walk through the old-fashioned streets of the village and taste the fragrant tea with pancakes.

Kazan

Excursion to Kazan (Volga region) Federal University, one of the oldest universities of the country. Architectural ensemble of this educational organization is a famous touristic attraction of the city. It is situated in Kremlyovskaya Street and now it is considered a valuable object of the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation.

Excursion to Sviyazhsk island. Sviyazhsk is a fortress city situated on a picturesque island. It was built under the order of Ivan the Terrible in 1551 as a military base of the Russian army during the siege of Kazan. Now it is a unique monument to the Russian Orthodox culture in the centre of the Turkic-Muslim world.
